Due to the problem of insufficient skills of machine operators for gilding and embossing in the printing and packaging industry, Grawer Polska has decided to open a training centre, which will be complemented by a special consulting service. Responding to another industry problem – insufficient supply of engraving brass – it created its own line for its production and plans to offer this raw material to all companies specialising in the manufacture of dies.
Grawer Polska, a company based in Poznań, was established in 2009 and after less than 10 years of activity is one of the leading European companies specialising in the manufacture of dies for stamping and gilding. It owns 80 percent of the Polish market, where it is the only company that engraves with laser and makes dies with the use of injection moulding machines and rotary dies.
