3D embossing dies
Dies of this type are designed to produce embossments that are not zero-one.
The effect that we can acquire is not just multi-level embossing, but a relief that completely resembles a flat relief.
This type of engraving looks beautiful either on printed and monochromatic cardboards because the engravings themselves are an excellent decoration on a packaging or elegant business card. The preparation of such files is not different from a default case. We just need additional graphic of the engraved image/pattern in 1:1 scale. These dies are made of brass along with epoxy patrices. When we need to work on very thick material, we replace epoxy patrices with brass ones.
